Malaeg is a tool for tracking and managing physical assets. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and records within it do not by themselves constitute proof of ownership.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload unlawful content, scrape the service without consent, or attempt to introduce malware or abuse the platform.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund and late-payment handling is described in your plan's billing terms.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. We use it only to provide the service to you.

If you sign in via a third-party provider, that provider's own terms also apply to your use of their login service.

Malaeg and its branding are the property of their respective owners. The service is provided for your internal business use.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for a limited period before deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
